The City of South Pasadena invites the community to an Open House to learn more about the Neighborhood Preservation & Local Control Measure to be placed on the November 2024 ballot. The mini charette-style dialogue will provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the areas where higher density development is anticipated. Planning staff will have maps and photo simulations on large boards for the public to provide feedback.
