City Manager Recruitment Survey
The South Pasadena City Council is inviting residents to participate in a community survey as part of the recruitment process for the next City Manager. In collaboration with Ralph Andersen & Associates, the City Council aims to ensure that the selection process for our next City Manager consider the needs and feedback of the community.
As the City’s Chief Executive, the City Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the city, ensuring organizational efficiency, managing the budget, and overseeing personnel and facilities. This position is vital for maintaining effective communication with the City Council and addressing the needs of South Pasadena residents.
The confidential survey will collect feedback on the qualities and qualifications residents would like to see in the next City Manager. Responses will be reviewed exclusively by Ralph Andersen & Associates, and only aggregated results will be presented to the City Council to aid in the recruitment process.
