Rent the Community Room

The Library's historic Community Room is available to rent when not in use by the Library or other City Departments and when Library Administration determines rental will not interfere with normal Library operations.

Available hours: 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., 7 days a week. Prime-time rates apply Friday, 4:00  p.m.  through Sunday, 10:00 p.m.

Refundable Deposit  $294  (Use of the Library Community Room requires a deposit if alcohol is served, and in other instances at the   discretion of Library Administration. The following South Pasadena municipal codes apply to uses of City facilities:

SPMC 16.32d: Distribution of plastic carryout bags is prohibited
SPMC 16.42: Distribution or selling of food in any Disposable Food Service Ware made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam is prohibited
