Instructions for submitting an ADU Application:

  1. Make sure that you are using the correct application form based on whether or not the property contains a potential or designated historic resource.
  2. Please email your application submittal to AskPlanning@southpasadenaca.gov

Application Fees

Please refer to the Master Fee Schedule for the appropriate application fees. Please note that the fee schedule is updated on an annual basis to include a CPI (consumer price index) increase to applicable fees.
