General Plan (2040)
Purpose: The South Pasadena General Plan was adopted on September 27, 2023 and is an integrated plan which includes a community driven vision, direction, and policy guidance on the physical structure of the City: the places we preserve, the things we build, and how and where we build them. The General Plan lays out how the City should harness the tools at its disposal to achieve this vision.
